Best ecollar strap yet! Braeden and Ingrid were able to customize the tiniest strap for my pom x’s tapered neck and dense smooth coat. The strap stays on without much sliding despite all the rolling my pom does, and the buckle hasn’t chipped from the metal ID tag and leash hardware hitting against it. I was given a metal loop alternative to the biothane loop which removed some bulk from the already sleek and thoughtful design.

The Raven was a perfect ecollar strap for my dog. She’s got a small head but super fluffy neck that’s double coated. The Raven has already been well tested on hikes and in the water — works amazing and no sad limp bungees! My dog wears thick contacts so the bungee also gives me a bit of give when I’m putting it on her. Highly recommend!
