Claw: Easy and Convenient
The Claw clip offers a convenient carabiner style that’s easy to clip on and secure. It’s a favorite among many for its simplicity. However, pack walkers might find it less ideal as it can easily clip onto other objects or dogs if they are walking close together. The Claw is strong and the coating is impressive. However, we have not been able to make it stainless and add our new chip-resistant coating just yet. Despite this, the Claw clip has quickly become a favorite in our collection. We’ve really enjoyed using it and believe it’s a great addition to our lineup.

Talon: Quick and Effortless
The Talon clip is the easiest to open, making it a beloved choice for years. It’s perfect for those who need to quickly leash and unleash their dogs. Additionally, all of our Talon clips are made of 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The only downside is that it can accidentally open if your dog brushes up against something. The larger tab that sticks out can be hit, potentially releasing your dog. Despite this, many of our customers, including us, love the convenience it offers.

Titus: The Strong and Secure Choice
The Titus clip is a standout feature in our collection, constructed from aviation-grade aluminum and utilizing powder-coated technology for enhanced durability. Boasting a strength of 900 lbs, it ensures even the most determined dogs stay securely leashed. Its twist-to-unlock mechanism provides an additional layer of security, though it can be challenging to operate in cold weather when hand dexterity is compromised. Despite this, many users find the added security worth the extra effort.

Apex: Ultimate Strength and Speed
The Apex clip is a revolutionary aluminum alloy directional connector featuring an automatic clamping mechanism that activates upon touching the anchor point. This marvel is capable of holding up a vehicle, offering quick on and off functionality for incredible efficiency. However, it has a few limitations: it is expensive, fits only 1/2” (500 lbs webbing) through the hole, and can only be used with 1.5” D-rings on collars. Despite these limitations, the sheer strength and quick-release feature make the Apex a top choice for those seeking the ultimate in reliability.
