We’re committed to delivering quality gear you can rely on, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty on our products. Here’s what it covers:

• What’s Covered: Defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
• What’s Not Covered: Damage caused by chewing, misuse, modifications, or general wear and tear.
• Who’s Covered: This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

Note: The “lifetime of the product” refers to its reasonable and expected lifespan under normal use, which is approximately 2-3 years for collars and leashes. This does not include damage caused by chewing, misuse, or extreme wear and tear. Any damage caused by excessive exposure to harsh conditions, such as daily use in salty or corrosive environments (e.g., trips to the beach). While our products are made to withstand the elements, consistent exposure to saltwater can accelerate hardware wear and tear.

We believe in the quality of the products we make, which is why we warranty all our metal components against breakage for the life of your product. In the rare event that your hardware fails, it will be repaired for free or replacement hardware will be mailed to you. Products requiring shipping to/from Mystical Tails to be repaired is at the buyer’s expense.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any of your items are defective or damaged.

If your package arrives damaged, you can refuse to receive it from the carrier. If the package has been left at your door and is damaged, take photos of it before opening, then check to make sure nothing is damaged inside.

Yes! All of our premium gear is handcrafted with care right here in our studio in Alberta, Canada. Every piece is made to order using high-quality BioThane®️ and built to last.  Each item can be customized and may vary slightly from the product photo and may be uniquely different, just like us 🙂
